Delivery's usually take 5-10 business days and are processed/delivered by Parcelforce worldwide. Please view below for more specific shipping information.

Duties & Taxes
Delivery within the UK & European Union
Drip Store ships to our EU customers with duty & taxes paid, if delivery is to these territories you will not be charged any customs fee.
  
Delivery to any other country, including but not limited to; the US, Canada, Australia, South Africa or any European country outside of the EU
Customers are liable for any duties & taxes incurred once your parcel reaches the destination country.
 
Vermeil Orders
Vermeil orders will take up to 6 - 12 weeks to arrive as these products are made to order. All Vermeil products come with the hallmark 925 to prove their authenticity as 925 Sterling Silver. Please note, even if next day delivery is selected for Vermeil products as the shipment method, the 6-12 week production/delivery time still applies.

Custom Orders
Custom orders will take up to 6 - 12 weeks to arrive as these products are made to order and are subject to specific testing and quality control. Please note, even if next day delivery is selected for custom products as the shipment method, the 6-12 week production/delivery time still applies.
 
Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping details are up to date. If we ship out an order and it is returned due to invalid\incorrect address or recipient not being home on multiple occasions we will ask the customer provides another payment to cover the re-shipping cost. (Usually taken via PayPal.)
 
Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are marked as delivered by the courier. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. Visit our FAQ page for more details.
